​🕐 Event Schedule & Entry Policy

• Our event times vary depending on location and date.
  The final admission is one hour before the announced closing time, and both last entry and closing hours may change for special sessions or private events.

• Visitor safety is our highest priority. For this reason, bag checks may be carried out upon entry. Please avoid bringing large bags whenever possible. If you observe anything unusual, please notify a member of our team immediately.

• We reserve the right to amend event times or ticket prices of future events at our discretion and without prior notice.

• In rare cases (for example, severe weather or safety concerns), we may be unable to open or may need to close early.
  In such circumstances, anyone holding a valid ticket for the affected time will get a full refund.
   

🎟️ Terms of Entry

• All commercial filming and photography require prior written permission.

• Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult and babies under 3 don't need a ticket.

• Bicycles, scooters, roller skates, skateboards, and Heelys (used as skates) are not permitted inside the event area.

• Re-entry is not allowed once you leave the venue.

• No pets or animals are allowed, except registered assistance dogs.

• Buggies and pushchairs should be left outside the event venue and are the responsibility of their owners.

• By purchasing a ticket, visitors agree to:

  • Keep voices and mobile-phone volumes low.

  • Not tap, open the enclosures or feed the insects.

  • Avoid throwing objects or making loud noises that may disturb other visitors or the insects.

• Smoke only outside the event venue in the designated area.
   

🧳 Bag Policy

For the safety of all guests and animals, it is prohibited to bring:

• Weapons, fireworks, smoke bombs, glass bottles, blades, flammable substances, or any dangerous items.

• Balls, frisbees, balloons, or other objects that could cause harm or distress.

• Any food or drinks, except baby items.
